Zowie Bowie is a five-pound Morkie with a rock-star attitude and a fabulous, fluffy coat. She believes that true custom work isn't complete without a "paw-print of glamour" and her personal seal of approval, signaled by a perfectly timed, happy tail-spin.

Her leadership style is pure, paws-on glam. You’ll often find her:

· Conducting Quality Control: Lounging artistically on a stack of leather journals to ensure they are both elegant and comfy.

· Leading Creative Meetings: From her velvet, diamond-encrusted (okay, maybe just sequined) dog bed, she directs the vision with a spirited "yip!" or a glamorous head tilt.

· Overseeing Client Relations: She specializes in boosting confidence, offering a sassy strut if a client is hesitating on a bold design choice.

While the human team handles the technical details—like operating the high-tech lasers named "Stardust" and "Rocket"—Zowie Bowie is the muse. It was her idea to offer bedazzled pet tags (her most brilliant business move, obviously) and she mandates that all staff brainstorming sessions be fueled by upbeat music and the occasional treat-toss.
